- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, stock availability, or fraudulent activity.
3. 💳 Payment
- We accept payments via Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where applicable.
- For COD orders, additional service charges may apply.
- All transactions are securely processed through trusted payment gateways. We do not store your card or bank details.
4. 🚚 Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via our partnered couriers.
- Delivery timelines typically range from 2–7 working days, depending on your location.
- We are not liable for delays caused by courier agencies, public holidays, or force majeure situations.
5. 🔁 Return & Replacement
- We accept returns/replacements only for defective, damaged, or wrong items within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be returned unused and in original packaging.
- To initiate a return, contact us via careteam@spykids.shop with photos and order details.
We do not accept returns for hygiene-related products like feeding cups, toothbrushes, etc., unless damaged.
6. ❌ Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
- SPY KIDS® reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, payment failure, or suspicious activity.
