Refund and Returns Policy

📦 Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required.

Non-returnable items:

  • Personal care products (e.g., toothbrushes, cups, feeding items) for hygiene reasons.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

To request a return, please email us at support@spykids.shop with your order details and reason for return.

💰 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

🔄 Replacements

We offer replacements for:

  • Items that arrive damaged
  • Wrong products shipped

Please share images/videos within 48 hours of delivery to initiate the replacement process.

📌 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • First, check your bank or credit card statement again.
  • Contact your payment provider — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Still no refund? Reach out to us at support@spykids.shop.
